Our Targeted Acquisition Business Service clients receive the following services under the TABS program:
- Sunbelt works with you to define the ideal target for acquisition.
- Sunbelt searches the market place to find the right company, based on the defined terms of the search including industry, price, location, size and return on investment. The average search takes four months in order to achieve well-cultivated results.
- If a match is found Sunbelt engages the target and set forth the discussions leading to a negotiation. Sunbelt applies our friendly acquisition process to assist you through due diligence to the closing of the transaction.
