Marvin Pernica has been an independent real estate broker since becoming one in 1974, and has been primarily involved in the commercial sector of the real estate industry ever since.
He has worked in various capacities on the real estate industry including new home marketing, development financing, development consultation and syndicated investments and developments. Marvin has worked with several major development and financial corporations throughout his career and is actively involved with a number of commercial plaza developments within Ontario.
